Overall I would recommend this company. I gave it a four star rating because of the project manager Chip. He was frustrating to work with. He made things very unclear and had poor communication skills. He had quoted me a price that included the use of a lift and then the day of the install there was no lift used. Because of this I felt a credit was due back to me. My attempts to claim the credit with Chip were fruitless. I felt he was dishonest about conversations we had regarding the quote he had given me, and he made little attempt to follow through with me. To make a long story short, after repeated unsuccessful conversations/emails with Chip, I decided to speak with Mike, the company's owner/president.
Mike is an outstanding professional who worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the final amount I paid for the installation of the mini-split system. He listened to my concerns and was able to issue me a credit. I received a check from NETR within the next 2 days. Mike values his customers and goes above and beyond to ensure they are happy with the service/experience that NETR provides.
In addition to Mike, Jeff and Steve were the crew members that came to my house for the mini-split I had installed. They were great! Both guys were professional, knowledgable and very approachable. During the installation process, they made my wife and I feel at ease with any of our questions and they patiently worked with us to have the install meet our specifications. My husband and I cannot say enough about Jerry Odom. He is a very nice young man. He was an excellent installer along with the young man who was with him. I wanted the unit centered on the wall and he was very understanding and brought the proper centering to my attention. Both him and the young man with him were extremely neat and covered everything. Jerry/ Adam/ Ryan arrived as scheduled (early) and installed everything; the system is working well. They discussed placement of units with me and advised the best places. They asked my opinion/ preference about everything, even though they probably know better ! They cleaned up everywhere as if they had never even been at my home.
From the sale, to the install scheduling, to the reminders, the whole process went well and I am pleased. This install team was nice, knowledgeable, showed me exactly what to do and finished in 5-7 hours.
I would highly recommend NETR, Paul, the sales rep and this install team.

Adam is such a smart, competent and nice guy! I was so impressed with how seamless and efficiently he worked to install my heating and air conditioning/HVAC unit.
He thought about the placement of the indoor unit and took care to cover my appliances and floor.
After the installation, Adam explained how to clean the filters and the importance of cleaning them. He also explained how to use the remote and made sure I understood how to operate it.
I highly recommend NETR and hope you are lucky enough to get Adam for the install.

I would recommend N.E.T.R. to anyone looking for a premier cooling/heating system. High quality systems are, however, only one piece of the investment made. The crew that installed my
