We recently had ductless A/C installed in our home, and are very pleased. Everyone from the sales rep to the installers were very knowledgable, helpful, and polite. The installation was excellent - prompt ,efficient courteous well explained.

NETR did a great job from start to finish. Jimmy took the time to convince us about the product and the company. The install crew - Jerry, Adam, Jeff, TIm and Matt C - were as professional as Jimmy promised. The crew was here early, was polite and pleasant to deal with. They worked smoothly with us as we made some slight tweaks to one of the installation positions and made sure we knew just how everything worked before they departed. Their teamwork was top notch, they protected our floors and left the work site tidy. We would highly recommend this company. James M. and his partner Ray F. came to do a maintenance service on our ********** a.c./heater wall unit. They were both very pleasant and cordial and after introducing themselves ,went right to work. They did a great and very thorough job cleaning both the inside and outside units. System works as described. It is expensive but less than central air. The technician James scoped it for us and did a great job explaining what we could do. For all the staff at NETR, particularly Adam, Jose, Jeff, the owner and the other two men whose names I didn't get but should be included. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The staff is professional, remarkably skilled, on time, get the job done and, get this, they get back to you! We had a complicated problem and the owner stopped by and figured out a way to solve it, set a date, the men arrived on time, finished. What more could one ask for. I had N.E.T.R. Inc. to install a ductless AC system to my apartment in ********** *** I flew to MA from CA and only stayed a week in ********* to help my son move into the off campus apartment. Since my time limit, I wanted to make sure all things be done in time. The team, including Brian, Jerry, Ryan, and Tim, showed up 7:00am and completed the job by 2:00pm. Great experience. Chip was my salesman and was professional and clear, and gave me a detailed estimate on the spot. Steve, Jeff, and Brian did the install in one day, and coordinated with their contracted electrician. They were friendly with each other clearly work together well and often. They draped my furniture (including my cat's perch!) and cleaned as they went. My condo is small (450 sq ft) and there were four of them in here with me and my cat all day, and it was no problem at all. I have to say, they were all really nice and took the time to explain the system's operation to me, too. And....it's cool in here now! I'm very pleased and definitely recommend them highly. This is the second time we hired N.E.T.R. and - once again - they did a fantastic job. The team was very efficient and completed the work on time. They explained what was happening at any point throughout the installation. They also listened and answered any questions we may have for them. They went an extra mile to meet all of our requests. We had an unexpected "guest" decide to live in our Mini-Split outdoor unit over the winter, destroying the electrical panel. Who knew mice love copper wires. Good news, the NETR team was responsive and very supportive providing the repair. This was not an easy job and Gregg's skill was much appreciated. He took his time, patiently going over every electrical connection before moving ahead with installing the new wire harnesses. The installation of our mini-split air conditioning system went flawlessly, directed a very competent and personable team leader. On a rainy installation day they not only put down drop cloths along the indoor route to the three unit locations, but they also donned blue cloth foot coverings when in the house. You'd have thought they were all surgeons! I guess in their specialty they are. And they followed through the whole operation with the same level of care and thoughtfulness. My wife and I were particularly impressed with the human qualities of the whole team. They were all well mannered, well spoken and obviously enjoyed working with each other. We had a Mitsubishi Heat Pump installed last October, and I tried to give a review for the installers: Jose, Adam and Jerry. But It didn't take. So I left it blank. But it was first rate professional job, that I entertained for week. We bought the Heat Pump for its air conditioning feature. But we tried its heating system and it was awesome. But with an oil budget, using both was to expensive, and we shut it down until now. It was 94 degrees today. It was 80 degrees last night, and the air conditioning was suspect, didn't work in all rooms. But let's go back to November of last year. Although the installation team did an excellent job, there were some cosmetic problems we didn't like. Well N.E.T.R. and Paul Varonakis stepped up and came in and fixed the problems. Fast forward to now or last night, when all the units weren't working properly; when we called Paul, he had someone here within the hour. I thought we had the problem fixed. We hadn't, so we called again, and within the hour he sent James M. Well James was here until 7:30 checking, measuring, filling, testing, adjusting, and satisfying everyone who has a stake in this cooling system. I'm telling you there hasn't been a harder worker or nicest person to resolve an issue in our home, ever. Shout out to Paul and James; we're going to to be comfortable this summer.
