Everyone at NETR was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the time I called to inquire about installing a mini-split heating system to the day of installation was less than four weeks. We were impressed with Russell and Chip, with the thorough presentation, with NETR's experience and knowledge of the systems, and with the company's dedication to doing things in the best way possible. (We did have a plumbing company come to give us an estimate, and they couldn't hold a candle to NETR's trustworthiness and thorough knowledge of the product and installation.)
The day of the installation, Jose arrived right on time and got to work. He was courteous, clean, and efficient. He drained the unit and tested the equipment to be sure that it was all in working order. At the end of the installation of he patiently demonstrated how to use it, with very clear instructions and helpful suggestions.
It's only the first day, and it's working fine. I'm grateful to everyone who came to our house as well as the representatives on the phone for their excellent service. Every step was a terrific experience. Jose L. 02/03/17 |

Together these two very professional gentlemen found the problem; they discovered a faulty flair at basement branch box. 5/8" line between outdoor unit and branch box. Once detected, James M. proceeded to work diligently and expertly to correct this problem. While it was a rather long process, James M. handled the situation with tact and made me feel that he would not leave until the system was operating perfectly. I will use your serviceon my house as well. One thing when your guys first came out, to the game room, I wish someone would have told me from your 1st visit that the system that was there was not the right one. I would have changed it right away instead of having your guys come twice. As soon as Chiplooked at it, he said wrong heating system. I changed it right away and very happy with install. I honestly wish I could give them 10 stars. We lost heating right before a pending storm and Tim came out from NETR to help us.
Tim got to the root of the problem, was cordial, pleasant, answered my questions sincerely and of course fixed it. I've worked with 100s of individuals for work on my houses and Tim from NETR was top 3 in people i've dealt with over that time. I just can't say enough about how happy I was with the service. First, Chip who was the consultant, was excellent in providing information, explaining the system, and checking to make sure all our questions were answered during the installation.
