Our experience with NETR has been top notch in every way.
They were prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgable and trustworthy. The price they gave us for a ductless cooling/heating unit was very fair and came with a 12 year warrantee, the best in the industry.
Jimmy came to plan the job with great detail and included us in every part of the decision process. He and Adam came again to go over all the plans a second time before install.
The installation was scheduled during a snow storm but they came anyway, knowing we didn't have heat.
Jerry, Jeff, Jawon and Ivan were the best team! They did a terrific job and were a joy to be around.

Paul in Sales assessed our needs, recommended the equipment and quickly set up a date for the installation. The installation team of Jerry and Ivan did a nice job today showing up at our home at the expected time and were very neat - carefully moving and protecting our floors, rugs and furniture. They did a great job and went through the manual, explaining and showing us how to use and operate the system. The NETR Inc team that came to install my equipment (Brian and Jawan) was on time, tidy, and very professional. They had to deal with some pretty challenging outdoor site issues because of our recent snow, but they didn't complain at all. They cleaned up every spot they touched, and everything was completed perfectly to spec. And when explaining the tech, they were knowledgable and enthusiastic about it. I already like this system for heating, can't wait for it to help me out in hot weather too. I completed this through Somerville's HeatSmart/CoolSmart program and I got great value, good guidance, and great rebates as well as reducing my carbon footprint. Pleased on every front. Very nice company to do business with. My wife and I needed to have our ductless ac/heater unit cleaned. Was very easy to schedule an appointment, which was for the following day. James M (field service tech) arrived on time and did a top notch job cleaning the inside and outside parts of our system. He was particularly conscientious about protecting the area where he was working. He answered all my questions about what I could do better regarding cleaning the filters etc, etc. He clearly enjoys his job and my wife and I felt very comfortable having him in our home. Consultation to purchase: We had a very smooth experience - just a couple of weeks between getting our free consultation (Chip was very clear and easy to understand - he explained everything really well.) to having the units installed and functioning.
Installation: Brian B. & Ivan were terrific. They were prompt and efficient, and they let us know what to expect each day. They were courteous and communicated really well. They worked pretty quietly, were very considerate, and were extra careful to keep noise and dust/mess to a minimum. They actually may have left the place cleaner than they found it!

NETR's team has been very professional. Brian B., Ryan and Ivan completed the install of a five-head heat pump system on schedule with no surprises. The office staff completed the warranty paperwork and rebate forms and the field team led by Brian was excellent. The system has only been run in heating mode so far, as it is not cooling season now, so I cannot review all of the system operations but I was very pleased with the company.
