Jerry, Ivan, and Matt D. We’re a grade A team, all professional making sure I was well informed on the operation of the AC, as well for maintaining both the condenser and ac unit. After they left, I was looking around and to my amazement, I didn’t find any debris anywhere they worked! He did an excellent job with the installation and was very respectful of my house as it was a rainy day and he had to keep going up and down the stairs. The unit works perfectly, and we are very happy to have it ready for the warm weather. They arrived on time and took special care both inside our home and while on the property to treat our belongings in a safe manner. There were absolutely no unexpected issues or problems. The outside conduits were placed were we expected and wanted. They cleaned up after the work was completed. Jerry explained the operation of the products. In over 30 years of home ownership this is the second flawless contracting work performed. I unreservedly recommend the company and this crew. Jerry, Jawon, Jeff and Brian are outstanding employees and representatives of N.E.T.R. Inc. My experience with N.E.T.R. has been all-around great. They worked with us to figure out a design that would work with our strangely configured house, and were thorough in assessing the pros and cons of various options. From sales to install, these guys were absolutely phenomenal. As a 3rd story condo that required 4 indoors units, roof penetrations, and crane work, it was not an easy project. I have worked with many contractors, but Brian, Ivan, and Garrett were by far the best. They were always on time and paid extremely close attention to detail as if it was their own home. A top notch company - I would highly recommend them. Paul V, our sales person, was thorough and patient with all of my questions, he walked me through the paperwork and made sure I had everything I needed.
Jerry, the lead on the installation crew couldn't have been nicer. So respectful, honest and wonderful when explaining all that they were doing. He had a great handle on where everyone was, what they were doing and how long it would take. Plus a great sense of humor!
Jawon, very dedicated and careful, he did a wonderful job and helped with some insightful comments when I was being instructed on how to use the units.

Today was time for one of our semi annual servicing of our AC Unit. James M. came to our office and was great. We had a different company at a different location and the service was blah. James showed me what he did. They use a tablet to track all the maintenance that he does. They take pictures of Before / After and the location of the unit on the roof, etc. Using technology to track this stuff is great. My mini split heating and cooling service team of Jeff D. and Ivan was very professional from start to finish. Taking care not to soil my "spotless, tidy" floors/home, they put down drop cloths and began working just as the N.E.T.R. office had told me they would. Everything proceeded as planned even though I had requested a slight tweak of the original plan. Jeff and Ivan worked well individually and as a team. Their work ethic and care in performing their tasks at hand, including training, earned them a "walk on water" rating from me. I had Jeff and Jerry work on the majority of my multi zone units, and they were awesome. Regular guys, hard working, customer focused, friendly, proficient, they finished the job in less than 3 days. They put tarps down to protect my floors, they even put booties on their shoes. It was all impressive and definitely worth the expense.
I can’t say enough great things about the people at N.E.T.R., James took care of my rebates for me and answered a thousand questions I had, a woman in the office (sorry!) called me the day before to confirm the initial visit and again for the installation, who I should expect, and how long it should take.
