I called **** ** in a panic because an unethical contractor had totally messed up our very expensive HVAC system, and the condensers had been sitting unconnected for 18 months! Called ****, they had no idea what to do. Called **** and he sent in ***** ** to reconnect everything, drain the condensers and recharge them again. He did a great job and it turned out we did not have to buy new condensers -- hooray! I highly recommend this company, since no one else was willing or had the inclination to tackle this. Had a problem where i thought my unit needed to be swaped out , had trouble with it since new .. NETR team listened to my problem made a suggesstion and solved the issue ... Scheduling for maintenance of existing system was handled extremely well with several rescheduled on my end. Always pleasant and Accommodating responses.
The service call was brief and efficient. The tech gave me a quick lesson for keeling the outside unit clean extremely important with the heavy pollen this year

I had an old system replaced, I got a carrier a high quality system installed in the attic for a very fair price and also left me more room than I had! The NETR team was the best!!! NETR installed a Mitsubishi system last month. I could not ask for a better team. Sales was very informative and helped me select the right system. Install was efficient and neat. They even refunded me an item that was not needed after the install which shows how customer service oriented they are. I would highly recommend them. First, Kathy H. was great at setting up the appointment to what suited me. She then reaffirmed the appointment and asked if the tech could come earlier.
When James M. arrived, he introduced himself and called by my first name which is so much better than Mr. He was training a new tech and also introduced us to each other. The first thing James M. did was to lay down a drop cloth even though the AC unit was in the garage. He explained what he was doing to me each step of the way. He was very professional and proficient at his craft and one could tell he enjoyed his job. He made sure his work area was cleaner than when he came in.

My experience with NETR has been excellent, from the purchase process six years ago to my most recent maintenance appointment. Every single person I've dealt with has really shown a sense of commitment, engagement, and desire to do well, and backed it up with good skills (mechanical and interpersonal). In particular, ***** ** who provided this year's preventive maintenance was terrific - he not only gave our systems a thorough once-over, but provided very valuable guidance for what we can do during the season to keep our mini-split units running well. I searched and searched for someone to help me with my 10 year old units. I had 3 other companies come out and "service" my units and give me estimates on what needed to be done. I am SO HAPPY I found NETR. The guy spent 4-5 hours cleaning out my units and they run like they're brand new again! The guy that serviced mine knew everything about the system inside and out! A guy from another company (who didnt know what he was talking about) said they needed to be replaced and to just replace my bedroom unit was going to cost 4k. I had an air conditioning/heat system installed more than a year ago.....and then forgot about maintenance until today. James came out and did a fine, professional job of checking out the system and cleaning the system. More he importantly educated me about the importance of maintenance and all the trouble the system could get into without proper maintenance. He showed me the dirty filter so everything he said made sense. I have really liked having the heating/cooling system and feel committed to keeping it going. I usually do not sign up for maintenance contracts but decided to take the plunge and sign up for yearly maintenance.
