This was my second experience with NETR's annual maintenance service for my air conditioning system. James was my service tech and he provided very courteous and professional service. He walked me through the maintenance process and was careful to clean up and leave the work areas just as he found them. I would definitely recommend James and NETR for A/C maintenance. Within an hour, someone was at our house figuring out the issue and within another hour, James was at our door, and didn't leave until the situation was taken care of. He displayed an enthusiastic concern and thoroughness in bringing the unit to its fullest capacity and informed us on things we could do to keep the unit clean and efficient. I had James M. from N.E.T.R. come to our residence and service two of our *** **** heater/coolant systems. James, did a fantastic job cleaning out both systems and also took the time to explain how to maintain and clean out the filters of systems and the fan base that is kept outside. James also reminded me that if anytime at all I forget what he has explained, I should call N.E.T.R. and they too are there to help. We've had work done by N.E.T.R. over the past 10 years (install, service, etc). This year we upgraded our system and worked with the firms owner to make certain our plans were practical and workable. Mike Capuccio, the owner, came to our place and reviewed our plans with us. He offered suggestions and within 3 days provided a quotation that was easily within our budget.
The following week the newer system was installed by Brian B. and his assistant Jawan. They reported early and had all the needed equipment to complete the job. Hard workers, mindful of our living quarters and very pleasant. We were very pleased with their efforts and especially happy with the units we selected. James D. did a superb job as usual. After cleaning the outside heat pump unit with the hose, he emptied the hose of water and rolled it up so I could store it for the winter. This is my 2nd install job for the ductless/ heat pumps. I had a job done at summer home(cottage) that I wanted to prolong my stay within heat. We had NETR install two condensers and three AC units in 2013.They've worked perfectly,supplying AC in summer and heat in winter.today we had an annual tune-up by James M.He couldn't have been more professional and personable.He took extra time to make sure that we knew how to operate the remote and reviewed the house for the possibility of installing two more units.I highly recommend NETR and commend James M.for his fine work.
