In the fall, we had 7 Mitsubishi heat and air units installed in our home. First, Chip who was the consultant, was excellent in providing information, explaining the system, and checking to make sure all our questions were answered during the installation. He also provided the paper work to get rebates on the units.
The installers arrived on time and were extremely careful going through the house wearing protective covers over their shoes. The first day, 4 workers arrived (Adam, Jose, Steve, and Tim) and got right to work. They came with me through the house to make sure where the units were going and answered all the questions I had. They worked very hard and all the units were in by day1. They were extremely careful with the furniture, walls, and items in each of the rooms and the hardwood floors.
During the next 4 days, Adam and Jose worked diligently to get the work completed on time. Their work was impeccable. All of the tubing in the basement and outside work looks so professional. They are an unbelievable team.
This was a great group of installers. They are very skilled, hard workers. They were so careful and everything is clean looking and neat inside the house and outside. They are friendly and courteous.
The heat pumps and AC work terrific. We have used both. It's amazing how quickly the heat and AC provide the heat or air.
I highly recommend N.E.T.R.

James M. was very thorough, he explained everything he was doing on my unit, he had some great suggestions to protect my outdoor unit. I had Adam from N.E.T.R. Inc. install my mini split system in my basement of my home.
He was, on time (early as a matter of fact :) ), organized, friendly, informative, neat and very respectful and very considerate of sharing and explaining how he was going to install the system.
Also, from N.E.T.R. was the electrician, Jay Gramolini, very knowledgable, also respectful, friendly and informative.
I would highly recommend this company, especially if you have these two gentlemen working on your home/business projects.
Its refreshing when you actually have people who come to your home to do a job of any type and not only does it get done but, it gets accomplished correctly.... happiness...

****, **** and ***** were a pleasure to have in my home. They did their thing individually and as a team, professionally, courteously, and with respect to my home. And they were all over my house; in the basement, on all sides outside, and in every room. And when they left, you wouldn't have known they were there, except we have new heating and cooling units in every room, condensers at both ends of the house, and distribution units in the basement and garage. Our only complaint is with the sales person-Russ. He sold us a unit that was not adequate for our space and would not return our calls. The company made right for his wrongs quickly & efficiently. From my first contact with Chip to the last goodbye from Jerry and his crew, the NETR group was a breath of fresh air in this crazy world. They really, honestly love their jobs with NETR, citing the head of the company as a big reason. (That counts a LOT when I'm looking for a company to work with.) Beyond that, though, the installation guys were machines! My husband and I were astonished at their incredible skill and speed. It took 3 days to complete--incredible. With Chip's assistance (make no mistake, this was no "sales job"), we had a split-ductless cooling and heating system put in. (Yup, green tech), to augment a very old heating system, and to cool/dehumidify in the summer. And Chip was right: It works great! We have had a long-term relationship with NETR, as they have installed 5 Mitsubishi mini-splits in our home. We recently had to call them for service on one of the units and a tech named James M arrived at our door. While we have always valued and respected the folks at NETR, I am writing this review because of James. He is the absolute most competent and knowledgeable service tech we have ever had the pleasure of working with. James is not only an expert at what he does, but he has a friendly and professional manner. He respected our home, did not leave his work area dirty, and calmly and confidently answered any questions we had along the way. Had the easiest maintenance visit for my Dakon heating units today with James M. from N.E.T.R. James completed the maintenance check, but went above and beyond by cleaning my condensate pump receptacles, going over some future maintenance options with me, and even closed my gate upon exiting the driveway. Timmy D was here this morning...on time and ready to go! This fellow is personable, knowledgeable and has a terrific work ethic. He serviced two units, cleaned and checked all serviceable parts etc., explained what he was doing (since I was interested). On the outdoor compressor units...dismantled, cleaned and at the end, buffed up the casings like he was polishing a Rolls Royce.
