N.E.T.R. recently completed and installation at my home and I have to say Jerry, Steve and Jeff were outstanding! We have had our unit for five years and it has saved our lives this past summer. My routine service call was promptly taken care of by Kathy and I was notified when James' arrival would be delayed by a staff meeting. In order to install an application on my phone to remotely control my heating system it was necessary to get Verizon to install an updated router that would link with the heating system.
After the router was updated I called NETR for the installation of the link up. NETR sent out a service person that same day. James M. was able to link up the system quickly while explaining everything he was doing. He reviewed all the features of the smartphone application and also provided some additional tips on maintaining the system. James was polite, professional and competent.

Both showed up on time. That started the day on the right note. From there, they went about their work. Put down drop cloths and made sure not to make a mess. When done they explained exactly what the work closed was. Made recommendations regarding preventative maintenance, and gave training on cleaning units inside and cleaning condensers outside.

Adam and Jerry were very professional and polite. This crew was prompt, hardworking and obviously knew what they were doing. This was a scheduled three day installation and they always were here promptly at 8AM. The installation was completed with time to spare.
They always made sure drop clothes were down or wore shoe booties when inside the house to make sure the house didn't get dirty while going in and out.
Any questions I had during the installation were promptly answered and special requests were incorporated if possible. The installed system was explained completely and clearly.
My experience with this company has been nothing but professional right from the beginning.
I would not hesitate to recommend NETR to anyone.

James has been extremely thorough with maintaining our units as well as guiding and offering information when questions are asked. Tim and Ryan were great from the start. The salesperson, Chip, and I had discussed running the cooling lines in the attic space. I knew the attic space was small, but the access is in a closet and I had never looked. I look the night before the install when I cleared out the closet. SMALL is an understatement. I fully expected them to say it was not going to be possible.
To my surprise, Ryan crawled back and forth on his stomach probably 40 feet to run the coolant lines. It was also a hot summer day and the attic was probably 100 degrees with the ac blasting in the house already. Really great work and above my expectations.

Jeff removed two old style through the wall air conditioners for me and made the interior and exterior walls look like the original walls.
He always arrived promptly and was very professional. He always explained what he was about to do and why he took special steps for the residing so it would be sealed properly.
He made sure there was always a drop cloth where ever he worked and always vacuumed when he was complete so that everything was clean when he was finished,

Wow!!! On Monday , James M. from N.E.T.R. Inc. came to my home to service my Mitsubishi
AC's Units and I was more than pleased!!! He not only cleaned the Units thoroughly, he took the time to show me the best settings to put them at for the most efficiency. It was perfect timing because I had guests coming from San Diego who arrived last night and I wanted them to be comfortable. My husband was so impressed with how our two units on the first floor cooled the entire first floor (Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Family Room and Porch!!!) on an extremely hot night!!!
