Recently James came to my house to do a routine maintainence on my Mitsubishi split unit, which was the best purchase I've made ever. James was super friendly, super knowledgeable, super efficient, super meticulous and totallty competent. Kathy was very helpful when I was setting up the appointment. We called NETR to service an existing Mitsubishi heat pump. The company was easy to reach and had convenient appointment times.

Only hiccup was that we weren't "trained" to operate the equipment, so we had a few basic Q'S..which weren't completely answered (to date). Jimmy was great from the outset. Install was pretty good. He took great care in making sure everything he did in cleaning the unit to not create any mess. Had a good experience when James came to my house to perform a maintenance on my ductless system. My units were installed in 2012 and from the time we had the estimate through my last maintenance overall I have been very pleased with NETR.
