Ray F. did a wonderful job in servicing my Mitsubishi ductless unit. He was very though and I immediately sensed he knew the unit inside out. He arrived right on time and was very professional. After the work was completed I had a few questions which were answered perfectly. At this point I knew choosing NETR, Inc. was the right decision and felt they would always be there for me. Kris in customer service was also of great assistance making the service call stress free from start to finish. Great team. Chip in sales is very knowledgable and provided quotes for multiple configurations of the AC system. Ivan and Jawon very good as installation techs. They were neat, respectful of my property and did a great job keeping things neat and clean. The installation was accomplished faster than planned and is a job very well done. Great maintenance visit with Ray from N.E.T.R.
Professional and considerate, Ray was what every tradesperson should be. He helpfully brought up a package from the vestibule that I was awaiting and did his work quickly and quietly. I swear he left my place cleaner than it was when he arrived.

As always he does a great job love the efficiency of his work and how he cleans up and goes in to great detail on how to keep my units clean and and running and properly and how to maintain the out side unit also.

We've had 2 mini-split condensers with 5 indoor units for 9 years and had James come out to do a periodic maintenance. He cleaned both the indoor and outdoor units, found and corrected minor problems, tuning up the systems. He was extremely professional, friendly, neat, very respectful of the house decor while cleaning. He kept me informed on what he was doing, why he was doing it, and suggestions what I could do after I left to keep them running well. I would definitely ask for him if I needed further service. You get what you pay for ... not the cheapest, but truly the best.
We had three Sanyo mini-splits that were on their last legs when we closed on our condo last May, and decided that it was time to upgrade to new Mitsubishi units. I found N.E.T.R. based on Mitsubishi's website. These guys know mini-splits -- that's essentially all that they do and they've seen it all.
I called them on a Wednesday and had a walk-through and quote in hand by the next day. Jimmy walked me through our options, and since our job was a bit more complicated (5th floor in a historic building with no elevator), he came back a few days later with one of the company's experts Adam to make sure that the job was planned correctly.
Our install was about two weeks later with Brian and Jawon. Incredibly patient and professional -- they tested everything and even showed things about the old units that had caused them to wear out sooner than expected. (Someone who used to live in our unit had been running the AC with the windows open, which caused so much condensation that part of the old unit had rusted!)
