Today we had Chad Matelski in from MacGregor Plumbing & Heating to fix a couple of leaks we had in our kitchen sink and shut off valve in our laundry room/washer hook up. First, Chad was very professional in his approach and very friendly at the same time. He explained everything up front, got our approval and then went to work. He are EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the work that he did. We will definitely have Chad and MacGregor back when we have additional plumbing or heating needs. We have dealt with MacGregor's for a long time. They have installed and taken care of our furnace, air conditioner, and air humidifier. I have always been taken care of promptly.
