Joe H. was my main technican and he is wonderful! He was so patient, explained things to me, answered all my questions, never seeming to mind how much time I might be taking. He took the pain out of the fact I needed a furnace technician. The people I spoke with on the phone were also very helpful. That was Jim and Leslie. I have always been happy with MacGregor since I started using your services, a few years ago. Thank you!

Joe S., the service tech was knowledgeable and replaced the defective cartridge in a shower after a quick trip back to the warehouse for the part. We have used Macgregor several times for various repairs and a complete furnace and AC replacement. All of the contacts have been very professional. Highly recommend them.

We can't let the occasion pass without taking a moment to say thank you for all your help in dealing with our home. We've always used MacGregor in the past, however those instances have been for routine plumbing service needs. Up until now, we've not had the occasion to have to deal with burst pipes and running water. John worked tirelessly on Saturday from 9am to midnight and was back on the job by 9am Sunday morning working another 12 hours. He could not have been more gracious, friendly, understanding, supportive and helpful. We really appreciate your help at this difficult time.

On Tuesday I called MacGregor about a cold radiator and asked to have someone come out. Debbie H answered the Harbor Springs office phone and could not have been more pleasant as she listened to my problem, verified she understood all my concerns and asked what time block the next day would be best for me. I picked the 2-5 pm block and she said I would receive a call when the technician was on his way. Indeed I got a call from her and Joe S. showed up at 2:30. He put on shoe covers and showed his ID and I showed him the cold radiator and he proceeded to fix the problem which he did. It involved multiple hikes from the the basement to the 2nd floor radiator and he was entirely pleasant the whole time, answering my numerous questions. Our relationship with Mac Gregor began in 2012 when we got a fabulous new high efficiency German furnace to replace our 75 year old one in our historic Petoskey home. I love the loyalty they have shown us as one of their customers and am very pleased to be able to do business with MacGregor.

We just has an annual furnace inspection by MacGregors. The Service tech was great, very knowledgeable. He explained everything very well and also pointed out other issues that we should start thinking about. We will continue to have these annual checks by MacGregor's. Well worth it.

The two installers were Joe W. and Brad F. They did an excellent job. I don't know much about installing furnaces, but it is working and there is heat pouring out into the house. They were very pleasant and very careful while coming in and out of the house. The guy John that was here the night before was a very nice guy and was able to get my new furnace ordered right away.

Joe S. and Janie B. were "fantastic" in helping us out. Our thermostat stopped working on the evening of December 30th. Joe traveled through terrible weather to our condo on New Year's Eve. He replaced the thermostat and had the furnace operating in about 20 minutes. Joe also provided us with some considerations on a new Wi-Fi thermostat. An outstanding experience as usual with the MacGregor team.

Kevin did an excellent job installing the new unit. Furthermore he took the time to explain the strengths and limitation of the new unit to the owners. This took more time than usual because there were problems connecting the WiFi to the thermostat. The work space was clean after the job was completed. Kevin was pleasant and professional. He is an asset to the company.

I give our experience with John Gay a 5 star today. This was our first time using MacGregor and was very satisfied with the service call. I had trouble with my furnace Tuesday night around 10:30 pm. I was lucky to find a company with 24 hour service. Phil showed up around 11: 30 pm. The weather was real cold with a foot of snow and 20 inch snow drifts on my driveway. My driveway drops around 40 feet as you drive down towards the lake. Phil was worried about being able to get back to Boyne City Road. He found the flame sensor was dirty. He cleaned it and left. Nice job and a very nice guy. All this was done with our cell phones, I was in a warm house in Bloomfield Hills, Mi. Thanks Phil, I owe you.

He was prompt and friendly and knew what he was doing and it was no time in all that he found the problem and corrected it. We were well pleased with our recent furnace check by MacGregor. Leslie was very professional in scheduling the visit and then reminding us of it a few days before. Jim Grant, the furnace specialist was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things and answer all of our questions. He also showed us his test results and left us with a copy. He was a knowledgeable and professional specialist. He left us with a sense of confidence that the furnace is in good shape.

Called MacGregor at about 10:00 p.m. the evening before Thanksgiving when I arrived at my cottage to find the furnace was out and the house was 37 degrees inside. John called me back promptly after I left the service call. Arrived quickly and checked everything out for me. He was very honest and pleasant. It was great to get such good service the night before a holiday.
