MacGregor's always does a great job. I needed assistance on a busy Friday in the summer when my husband was out of town, and didn't expect anyone to be able to show up until after 5. David was kind enough to arrive within just a few hours and fixed my plumbing problems very efficiently, eliminating the need for me to say the dreaded sentence to my husband, "Honey, there's water in the basement." Joe was here at the time earliest time he was scheduled. He was very professional in getting to the most likely cause of the problem. He explained why he thought the AC unit was working sometimes and other times would not come on. He replaced the switch very promptly. Joe loves his job and it shows. I purchased a very expensive American-On Demand hybrid water heater from MacGregor's several years ago This winter the external vent pipe froze and the water heater was venting carbon monoxide into the house. It had no automated shut off (we were saved by Nest Protect) as a safe guard. MacGregor's responded to the service call promptly and fixed the problem. Even though the water heater was out of warranty Mike Wieman of MacGregor's got involved, discussing the problem with the American Water Heaters. MacGregor's has replaced the deadly water heater with a new one at no cost to me. From my discussions with Mike I know MacGregor's has done this same things in several other homes. Leslie T. called us and I talked to her to make appointment. She has always been very courteous and answered questions for us. Very professional. Knew she'd help us. We have had Joe H. here on many occasions and have been extremely pleased with his service. He is friendly and very competent. He had spoken to us a while ago about our thermostat needs but did not pressure. He explained the benefits and told us to call when we wanted to go ahead with it. We called. He took care of it and I wish we'd done it before. He has done multiple blue plan checks for us and one call ran into a problem with the air conditioner. It was a very subtle problem but he worked on it and was able to get it running for us. We knew he would. He's a great ambassador for your company. We feel like he does a very thorough job. Having dealt with MacGregor on other occasions, they were the 1st to call when we have a problem. They come when they say they will come, explain how they approach the problem you may have, are efficient, polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure with which to deal. Could you ask for more in this day and time?? I see Chad was the employee of the month. I would hope he is in the running to become the " Employee of the Year". I had a frozen pipe emergency this weekend, and everyone I had contact with was extremely helpful and professional. Within an hour of my call, Chad arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly, and ultimately took care of the problem. He was careful and personable, did a very good job cleaning up, and made as small a mess as humanly possible given the nature of the repair.
