I JUST HAD A SCARY MORNING WHEN MY FURNACE DECIDED TO STOP WORKING.....AND IN THIS FRIGID WEATHER, I WAS CONCERNED. I CALLED MACGREGOR FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND DEBBIE RETURNED MY CALL. AN APPOINTMENT WAS SET UP AND JOE H. CAME TO MAKE THE MAGIC! IM SO GRATEFUL FOR HIS EXPERT ANALYSIS AND TECHNICAL SKILL. WHEN I RETURNED FROM WORK I HAD A WARM HOUSE AND THE ASSURANCE FROM JOE THAT IF ANYTHING WERE TO GO WRONG, I COULD CALL...AT ANY HOUR. MacGregor definitely has the best technicians in the area. We have used them on several occasions. The techs diagnose the problem correctly and efficiently make the necessary repairs. Thanks to Joe for the annual check-up. I liked the check-ups better when they were $99, but Joe did a great job and it's a good investment to know that the furnace is tuned-up and ready for the rest of the winter. Joe was very friendly - I don't think we've ever met but it seemed like I'd known him all my life. Debbie was a big help too - we just had our credit card hijacked last week, so she OK'd me paying in a couple days when our new card gets in. I appreciate that common sense flexibility.
