Woke up to a furnace not working on a cold morning. Joe H. was the technician dispatched to the house. He was able to identify the problem and repair it quickly and performed the yearly maintenance on the furnace while he was here. MacGregor's has been our company of choice for years. They make a point of hiring quality people and we appreciate the reliable service we have always receive.. Joe H. was here this morning and once again did a great job. He is always so pleasant. We had a concern this morning and he went out of his way to answer our questions and made sure we were satisfied. Whether he is taking care of air conditioner or heater we always have confidence that we will make it comfortably through all the seasons.

Well, Phil showed up right on time with a smile on his face and a profesional attitude. He immediately got to work and within a short time he had completed the job. We sat down and he discussed the services he performed and also talked about any future services I may need. He was easy to talk to and I felt as though I could trust what he had to say. Jim came on time. He took care to wear shoe covering so my carpets remained clean, even though he had to enter my dank basement. Jim was informative, telling me about the process of evaluating my furnace and preparing it for winter. He showed me how to change the temp setting on the water heater so my guests and grand kids will not be startled by the HOT water I normally use.
