I called around noon (Tuesday) and was told it would be Friday before a technician could come. By 2:00 he was at my door ready to work. He cleaned our water heater and adjusted the burner to work. Terrific service and a very nice guy. We’ll likely have to get a new one soon but it should last until after the holidays. Thanks Dave you’re the best! Thanks to Julie as well! David B. 11/28/17 |

The level of service that we received from David B. was clearly a 10 out of 10. We could not have been happier with the service and thus far the product that he installed. The service technician had 100% of my confidence two minutes after he walked in the door. Extremely professional and very personable. Demonstrated that he KNEW what he was talking about and provided my wife and I with the comfort and assurance that NO other contractor was able to do. This young man certainly represents MacGregor in a most positive manner. We would welcome him back into our home for Heating/Plumbing or Air Conditioning. Today, I had my annual furnace/air conditioner checkup. The Technician that did the service was David B. He was very thorough and very professional. He checked everything on both of our units (furnace and AC), many times he did it twice. All along the way he gave me feedback as to what he saw, etc. This was very much appreciated. Josh went above and beyond in cleaning out our dryer vent. Before it would take almost a day to dry a load of clothes. Now it dries perfectly in a normal amount of time. On 6/5/17 David Buren from MacGregor arrived at our home at the time promised. He greeted us by name, put his sanitary shoe covers on and got right to work. David made all appropriate tests on our A/C system, made recommendations for service, and advised us as to the extended age of our equipment and the possibility of replacement vs new parts for an old A/C system. David also informed us of sales promotions at MacGregor on new A/C equipment. David is polite, competent and a credit to MacGregor. David B. 06/05/17 |

David at MacGregor's was extremely courteous and helpful in performing an annual furnace and ac check. David listened to my comments concerning the heat pump operation, did a thorough check-out of the condenser and furnace, and confirmed there was sufficient refrigerant for heating and cooling and everything was performing adequately. David also verified the propane burners were igniting immediately upon the call for heat in propane heat mode, and reminded me that the furnace was 2-stage, which could explain some of the performance questions I had about fan operation. Dear MacGregor Plumbing, I want to give you some feedback on one of your employees (Nic Irwin) who recently provided us with excellent service. While you have a feedback mechanism in reviewbuzz.com, I don't belong or want to join any of the companies that you have to provide you with feedback so I thought that I would come to you directly. Recently we had a sprayer on our kitchen faucet that leaked. Nic came out on the original call to look at the problem. He showed up at the exact time he said he would and was very professional and friendly in his approach. He quickly identified the problem and worked on a solution. Because of needing a very specific part from Kohler we had to schedule a second visit. He thoroughly explained the steps. Once the part was received, a second trip was scheduled to install it. Nic again was here as promised on time. He quickly went about fixing the sprayer. He did not leave any mess and was good about cleaning up. When it came to the billing, Nic went over again what we had discussed on the first visit, which I thought was very fair. He quickly assessed the problem with our faulty toilet, repaired it and shared advice as well.
