We were only in town for 1 day (Thursday August 2nd) We brought up my wife's older 5th wheel and a shutoff valve broke on the water tank, we stopped at the local hardware store and they directed us to MacGregor's. I brought my broken valve inside and the parts guy(I think his name was Don, sorry if that's incorrect) He knew exactly what we needed and he also instructed me how to install the new valve. We don't get that kind of service down south. Thank you Don, and thank you MacGregor's!

MacGregor Plumbing and Heating did a fabulous job installing a complete A/C unit in our 3-story home in Harbor Springs. Harry did a great job with accurately assessing our needs and gave us very good pricing. When there was a slight delay because of missing parts not sent to MacGregor, Harry discounted our final price due to the delay. They still completed the job in just a few days and we are SO pleased with the work that MacGregor did. We also want to give a HUGE compliment to Josh for all the work and supervision he did on this job. We had originally thought we might do the work ourselves, but upon completion, there was a LOT more work involved than we ever imagined. We can't thank all the staff at MacGregor and the fantastic work they do. We are VERY pleased with the completed job they did on our A/C. We HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

Jason and James were both AWESOME !!! We HIGHLY recommend them. We had an entire A/C system installed. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and worked extremely hard. They went out of their way to explain their progress and even drove into town to get a part that we were supposed to supply. Our new system works great, and MacGregor had the best price around, and believe me, we did our research! We highly recommend MacGregor and Jason and James were awesome. Thanks guys !!!! 07/27/18 |

Even though it was 4:59 and 1 minute away from the end of Leaslie T's long day, she answered her phone and endured my excited and anxious plea for help. I own a Vacation Rental and wouldn't you know it - the AC went out and I had guests checking in the very next day. She went out of her way to make sure that I got a Tech (Jim - and by the way - he is great also!) out to my place first thing in the morning. Jim will make sure that when he completes a project it has been done right and the customer understands how to operate the system. We have a very complicated heating and cooling system in our home. Once again, Eric did a really good job. He had quite a struggle with a stubborn soap dispenser that didn't want to be removed and Ric came to give him a hand. I thought Eric might be a little discouraged but both Ric and I told him to keep at it - he's a nice young man who seems eager to please and, according to Ric, is learning well and doing a great job. David B. serviced our complaint this morning regarding a thermostat reading requesting a new filter. He arrived on time, wore the blue boots, worked efficiently, communicated his findings. You can be proud to have him on your team and how he represents McGregor’s Services. He also showed us how to trouble shoot the problem for the future. David was my service tech today. The sevice visit today was scheduled for 2:00 pm but I recieved a very courteous call from Debbie asking if David could come earlier. It worked out very nicely.
David was as always very professional and courteous. He explained in detail what he did during the call and the exact condition of our heating/ cooling equipment.
I have a tremendous amount of confidence in the MacGregor service staff. The annual servive checks contribute to that. I appreciate very much knowing I can call 24/7 in the event of an emergency.

The service I needed on my thermostat and internet was done promptly and professionally from the front office all the way to the technician who handled the service. On the same day I called, David went into my home and fixed my downed internet and thermostat. I was not in town at the time but MacGregor entered my home and professionally and completely fix the issue and then locked up. David called me afterwords and explained what was done completely and answered my questions. We Are fortunate to have first class plumbing and heating company in our community.. 04/02/18 |

Both my wife and I appreciate what Dave does. Dave has been here before (not for the same thing) which is nice to have someone familiar with our home's heating and plumbing. While Dave is very professional in his approach he has a great personality. He listens to what we are experiencing and then goes about diagnosing what the problem (s) is (are). Just a quick note to let you know Nic did a wonderful job yesterday repairing a very difficult plumbing issue with my shower tub valving buried behind the tub wall. His experience and problem solving skills, I believe, ended up saving me from a much more extensive and disruptive repair I was possibly facing. I don't mess around on Facebook and Google social apps much so, sorry, bailed out of the review-buzz link but still wanted to let you know. You probably already caught on before that I've always admired you and how your company operates, but this was a higher stress point than normal so thank you and the team very much. "They're really expensive", "They cost way more than the others", *maybe* a LITTLE true but then you get what you pay for. I picked MacGregors a few years back to fix my mothers ultra expensive Geothermal system the "other" guys had put in ten years back and it was the single best decision I've ever made. Since then they have removed/replaced my entire aging system and just recently installed Mini-Split unit installed in my shop. You *may* think they are a bit more expensive but it isn't -- Harry, Mike, and the whole crew, IF you have problems, will be there right NOW to take care of you and that kind of service after the sale is something you just can't buy anymore. I will continue to use MacGregors for any and all major upgrades/repairs that my entire family needs. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE! Harry P. 12/12/17 |

I'm very pleased with the effort that Jim put into cleaning my furnace. Hopefully in six months after the furnace has completed its' winter function I will also say that I'm pleased with the effectiveness of his effort. I have been in the past so I see no reason why that might change 11/30/17 |
