We have used MacGregor plumbing and heating repeatedly and have never had a disappointing experience. Recently, John Whitehead came out to repair my gas fireplace and turns out there was just a jammed lever! John was helpful, courteous, and honest. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company and individual. In a society where it seems everyone is out to take your money, honesty and integrity in a company means a lot. Thank you MacGregor ! David came out for an emergency...no water coming from well at our cottage. No heat or power I can deal with.but no water is a huge problem. David had me.up and running in less than 24 hrs. I would recommend David and MacGregor Plumbing and heating to everyone. Great job, David, now it's time for a shower.

David B. Could do a training program on handling service visits. Service visits can be intrusive but each time David B. has been here he has been personable, understanding about our big dogs initial crankiness, and then gets right to work. Our aging furnace needed a new water pump. He explained what it’s problems were in a way that I could ask questions and decide myself. He had a pump in the truck and could do it right then so we did not need another appointment. Did it immediately and explained why it took a few extra minutes. John W. went well beyond just doing our annual furnace/AC inspection. He looked at many other things in our home such as the water softener and dryer vent and cleaning it. It was the first time that John Whitehead had been to our home. He was here to do our annual heating/cooling check up. He was very thorough in everything he did plus he went above and beyond what would be expected of him on this inspection. An example of this was that he asked and then did a check of our dryer vent pipes which he clean it out. He went about his business doing a checking of both the heating and cooling system, which he found a couple of minor things which he. fixed immediately. We had MacGregor Plumbing and Heating out at our lake cabin for a service call. They did maintenance on both our wall heating unit and non-duct air conditioning/heating unit. Both David B. and John did a fantastic job. As always with MacGregor, they were on-time, did what they said they would do, and best of all, very affordable. I've used them several times and their pricing is always top notch. David and John answered all of our questions and were extremely professional.
