Called Carolina Air Care for a quote on new air conditioner at my Auto Repair Shop on 6-6-2016. Salesman showed up on 6-7-2016 to look at what I had. Gave me a quote while here I ask him when he could install unit and he gave me a date of 6-10-2016. Installers were here by 8:30 on 6-10-2016 and installed the unit. I had this company install 2 units for me. My system was 20 years old and very inefficient. Not only did they give me a good price (compared to other bids I received from other companies), but explained the efficiency I would receive from these units. Contacted Carolina Air Care and scheduled the salesman to come give us a quote for an upstairs unit. As he was so efficient and knowledgeable about the unit, we went with the 16 Sceer Lennox unit that was recommended! We also will be receiving a rebate from SCG&E! The installation was on a rainy day and went off without a hitch! Two days later came the quality control inspection! WOW, what great service! The unit has been awesome on these hot SC days too! I waited to write this review until the job was completed. The estimate was done very professionally and efficiently. I understood exactly what was being quoted by Carolina Air for $4K less than the "other guys" that saw what I had, left, and emailed me a bid that gave a dollar amount for the upstairs and downstairs units but no details. When the installation team showed up, they were neat, courteous, and as quiet as they could be doing that kind of work. Making a large purchase of two HVAC units led my husband and I to research off and on for several months, not only the type of units, but the company we would use. We were rewarded with total satisfaction having chosen Lennox products provided by Carolina Air Care. Not only did they help in our final decision on which Lennox units we purchased, but the three person crew they sent to do the install was beyond terrific. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and very courteous. As soon as they arrived, the work began. Each man knowing exactly what to do as they worked in unison...inside and out. The first day was a long one, but they cleaned everything up as they told us they'd be back the following day to finish...which they did. On the third day, another gentleman arrived to check the installation and make certain everything was as it should be. He didn't rush. He checked everything from the attic to the units outside as well as each room in our home. He was very thorough. Everything was perfect!
