Larkin responded to my call right away, sent a tech out to assess the situation, and they installed my new unit 2 days later. The process was quick, seamless, and went exactly as planned. In less than 4 days I went from having NO A/C to having a brand new unit which is working perfectly!! Carolina Air Care provided friendly, expert, and economical service for three central home HVAC systems. They're working beautifully. The Quality Control check-up person came and tested all the systems both heating and cooling, and installed a special wireless thermostat.
I was impressed by the expert care taken in developing the initial proposal. He carefully examined the entire system in all details and came up with a proposal that addressed every facet of the system needing replacement.
The installation itself went smoothly and, again, with expertise as well as attention to every detail.
