Carolina Air Care (Jake) arrived to give me a quote. They were so courteous and professional that I said if his company was able to install within the week that I would take it. He called and the next day my system was in and functioning flawlessly. They installation crew (Demond and Jamal) were very professional and they explained all the functions of the thermostat system. The following day, a representative (Dave) showed up to inspect the work that the installation crew had performed. He also was extremely professional and knowledgeable with the system. Carolina Air and their personal were superior in every respect.Their sales department were professional and current in all aspects of meeting our heating and air conditioning needs. They were beyond prompt in fullfilling their dates to install and complete. Their equipment (Lennox) is the Top of The Line and their installation was complete and our home was carefully cleaned and we were enjoying our air-conditioning within six hours, start to finish.

My AC went out over the weekend. I was able to get a tech out on Tuesday to diagnose the problem. I decided to replace the unit and they were able to get it done on Wednesday. After getting 3 quotes from 3 different heating and air company, I decided to get my Lennox 2 ton ac unit from David of Carolina Air Care. I told David all the issues that I need taken care and the day of install; David showed up to check on his installers to make sure the job gets done correctly as noted.
