I had a Lennox Merit 16 Seer installed a week ago. From start to finish, I was treated with respect and had my numerous questions answered by very patient employees. Can't say enough about these guys. Truly a top rated company and 100% professional from the start. From Jake showing up exactly on time for the quote/estimate, to the people answering the phones and making appointment for the install, to the crews that came out to do the work. Going above and beyond is a understatement. Their installers Daniel and Rhett were two of the nicest workers I've come across in a long time. Friendly, very knowledgeable, and very clean. My Old unit was on a sloped yard. They took the time to level out the ground before putting down the new pad. Nothing but top notch. Prices and quotes for the work were great. They did a great job, and the new system is performing very well - I didn't realize how bad my old unit was until I got the new one. Deamond and his teammate came in and explained the work they were going to do and got started. It was pretty much an all day project, but luckily the weather was cool outside and they had no issues with the install. I had a new system installed earlier in April by Carolina Air. There were two servicemen here and they were excellent. The system had to be installed in a very tight space and it was installed without a problem. The men were extremely polite and cleaned up after the installation. I cannot say enough good things about Carolina Air Care. I own a condo, and I had a new unit installed last week. I was impressed by the professionalism of the installers; they worked tirelessly for more than six hours, and before they left, they cleaned up any mess they made. Unfortunately, an hour or so after they left, I noticed that the coils in my brand new unit were freezing up. It was about 6:00 p.m., and I immediately called the company to notify them of the problem. The office manager could not have been more helpful; she promised to send someone out immediately to determine the problem. Sure enough, 'Andy' soon arrived. He determined fairly quickly that the attic in my building contained fire walls and above each unit there was a hatch/door, held open by a special clip that was designed to disintegrate if touched by fire, which would cause the hatch to slam shut (to prevent a fire from spreading). He discovered that the clip above my unit had broken, so the hatch/door had slammed shut; this prevented air from circulating, which is why my new Heating/AC unit froze up! Andy was able to open the hatch back up, and he assured me that he would order a clip and come back when the clip arrived. He didn't just leave, though. He checked everything to make sure my unit was working well before he even thought of leaving! He worked until after midnight, making sure everything was in order. I received a call the next morning from the office manager; she wanted to ensure that I was satisfied, and she wanted to confirm that the follow-up appointment time still worked for me (it is their policy to have someone come out the day after installation to ensure that everything was done correctly and to the customer's satisfaction).
Carolina Air Care called me a few days ago to tell me the special clip had arrived, and we set up a time for the clip to be installed. (This will be done tomorrow; they would have happily come sooner, but I requested the date. Mind you, I only had my unit installed six days ago! This shows how on-the-ball they are!!)
Another company would probably have sent someone out the next day since I reported the issue 'after closing hours.' THIS company does not work like that! The office manager, who was so very nice, told me that they would not rest until the issue was resolved and I was happy. They literally went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, and I am beyond happy! THIS company truly cares about their customers, and I gladly recommend them without reservation. Carolina Air showed up as scheduled with a heads up phone call informing me they were on the the way! Excellent installation! Very careful inside and outside my home. Both technicians worked tirelessly to install inside and outside units to include running a new iine set through the walls up to the attic to connect to the upstairs unit air handler. I called 3 local companies in the area when i was in the market to replace my HVAC units the other 2 companies was selling number 10 and 11 on my top 15 list of reliable units for more than the number 1 seller according to the website. I am a person that research and compare, warranites, reliability and maintenance requirements. My research led me to Lennox units. I called Carolina Air Care expecting the worst, but the sales guy was on point, what took hours for the first companies i met with took 40 minutes with Carolina Air Care, Lets just say the customer service is top level starting with my initial appointment call to meeting with sale rep until installation, and the follow up appointment with the QA guy. I asked them to come out for an inspection of our 19 yr. old system. I suspected we were due for a new system, which was suggested. I was offered several options and chose what I thought was best based on our needs and their advice. The complete system was installed 2 days later and took less than 4 hours to complete! Recently had my heating & cooling system replaced by Carolina Air Care. The installers were very efficient and knew just what had to be done. They had all the answers to questions I asked about the system and showed me how to use my new thermostat. They even washed down my driveway where there was tracked dirt!

I had to replace my outside unit and the air handler in the attic. I asked them if they could move my outside unit to a different location and they said no problem. My 13 year old HVAC system failed and I needed to repalce. I got four quotes on various systems and landed on the Leniox Signature 21.5 Seer. The system was very high efficiency and had a rebate from Leniox and my power company. The company I picked had very high ratings from all major players like Home Advisor and Angies List which is important to me. From Mike who came to give me an estimate to the installers, Reggie and Paul who put the system in one day. The followup from Dave where he checked the entire system for quality control on every aspect of the system. He spend several hours going over the system and showing how to work the iComfort S30 T Stat. I liked the humidity control which will run the system without cooling to lower the humidity in the house if desired. Looking forward to many years of comfort and low cost. Our A/C blew 3 days ago, on-top of that our 1 year old was sick and running a fever. It was over 80 each day! Carolina Air Care came recommended to us by a couple of co-workers. We scheduled a service appointment in which they arrived quickly and promptly. After breaking the news that we needed a new system we naturally called around to get a couple of different quotes. Carolina Air Care was just the best though. The office staff was super helpful and even allowed us to wiggle our way into a same-day install due to our sick daughter. There service people are well beyond friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me what they were doing just so I could pretend to understand.
