Carolina Air responded quickly, provided a higher rated seer product due to the fact they could not get the exact unit that was being replaced and provided follow up calls and a visit to replace a thermostat that did not match the upstairs unit. The installers did a great job on the installation. My only complaint was not taking off boots and tracking mud in the house after I asked them not to do so three times and getting stairwell walls dirty. We had a new HVAC system installed this week and I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the installers' work. They arrived on time, finished the job within their own time limit, and left the house and grounds clean.

I had three estimates - CAC was MUCH less expensive.... which made me a little apprehensive. Read the reviews, checked the BBB and hired them to replace a 30 year old unit. I'm not a guy who normally leaves reviews but in this case I felt obligated because they did such a good job. I called on a Tuesday and the unit was installed by Thursday the same week thanks to Allison! Kyle was very professional, he didn't try and talk me into anything that I didn't need. He gave his recommendations and let me choose what was best for me. The techs were at my house at 9am and finished the job completely by 3pm. Very efficient..good people.
