When the AC went out in my condo, I was scrambling to service. CAC came out quickly, accessed the problem, offered options, and was able to get me a new unit installed for much less than the other two quotes I got. After receiving quotes from 4 companies and comparing the prices & brands, we decided to have Carolina Air Care install a 2 1/2 ton 14 seer unit. Daniel & Ricky spent 2 hot days in August installing the unit without complaining. They are very professional & extremely nice! Quality control came by the next day & fine tuned everything. Last year we had David service our failing unit, by adding more freon to get us through the summer. He arrived on time, even though it was a hot summer Friday late in the day. He treated us like it was his first stop of the day, very professional. He recommended to save up and replace our failing unit. That was it, he did not try to make a sale on the spot, or push any services that we did not need. Knowing that we needed to replace out 13 year old unit this year, without hesitation, we called Carolina Air Care back. We ONLY called Carolina Air Care.
