Only one word can describe the recent installation - EXCELLENT.
Team arrived exactly on schedule, surveyed the task and set to work. All team members were polite and courteous, and their work practices were more than efficient.
Installation was completed within 30 minutes of their projected completion time despite the fact that one of the units was found to be damaged when it was uncrated and a replacement had to be obtained.
The team installed two units, tested each, and explained operation completely.
We are quite pleased with the service and are looking forward to

A loud buzzing noise turned into a dead system and a cloud of debt in less than 24 hours (and only one week before Christmas) but Carolina Air Care made the decision to move forward extremely simple! From the office staff to the folks who installed our new HVAC system, we had nothing but excellent service. Jake came out to give us a quote on installing a new system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He gave us a far more extensive review of what we could use in the way of heating and air conditioning than any other person who gave us an estimate. He never tried to push us to buy something that was more than we needed. The technicians who installed our unit were extremely careful and efficient. They wasted no time and explained what they were doing in detail. We loved having the follow-up quality control visit--personnel from the business coming in the next day to ensure that things were done correctly. Larkin was a pleasure to work with in the office, and she responded to voice mail from us after hours, which in itself was impressive. We would recommend this business to anyone. We wish to commend the entire office and field staff of Carolina Air Care for their excellent service during the recent purchase and installation of our AC/Heater Unit. The office staff was punctual and courteous and provided all information in an efficient manner. The Sales Representative/Technician was extremely knowledgeable and spent time to explain the entire process in detail. We were extremely impressed with the installation team. They worked very efficiently, were very courteous, cleaned up after the job was completed and appeared to know exactly what they were doing. David, the supervisor who came after the install to inspect the work was very proficient and professional and explained how the system worked and gave us good advice on how to get the most efficiency from the system. The compressor on my HVAC system died, so I needed a new unit. Carolina Air Care was one of three estimates that I received. Their's was the least expensive, and although I have always heard not to go with the least expensive option, I decided to go with Carolina Air Care because of their customer service. Jake was very helpful in determining what type of unit I needed for the size of my house, what temperature I like to keep the house at, etc. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. The guys that installed it were very professional and did a great job. I like that they have someone else come out about a week later to check the entire system to make sure it was installed correctly and to answer any questions. He gave me a couple tips that will help me save energy, and told me the best type of filters to use with my unit.
