Carolina Air Care has exclusively taken care of all units at all our homes for 6+ years. Last year they warned us our AC unit was nearing the end of it's life (so we were able to save for replacement!) and this year when it died unexpectedly, they sent out a service tech within hours to diagnose that we needed a replacement unit. Within 24 hours they had us scheduled for replacement and we had our new unit less than 36 hours after first contacting them. They're friendly, responsible, responsive, and a great team to work with. Had my HVAC unit preemptively replaced by the Carolina Air team with a Lennox, and the experience was wonderful. First of all, their quote was much lower than the rest, and initially this worried me until I reviewed the unit and the company and did extensive research. The team was extremely helpful throughout the process and the install and clearly they were very thorough and clean on the install. The unit pumps air like nothing i've experienced before! Jack was the lead installer and did a great job answering my questions. The only complaint I would have is that since reinstalling the diffusers after cleaning the ductwork there are now grease marks on and around the diffusers on my ceiling. The two workers that came to my house, Chris and John, were very pleasant, worked hard and consistently to get the job done, and did a great job of cleaning up. They made sure I signed everything and showed me how to operate the new thermostat.

The service and level of professionalism from the staff at Carolina Air Care have been excellent, From scheduling the estimate to completing the installation, everyone has been polite, efficient, and eager to please. The price was literally thousands of dollars less than competitor’s for the same lennox air handler and heat pump. A new return needed to be installed in one room and they even brought their own vacuum to clean up the dust. Dont replace your hvac without getting a quote from Carolina Air! Excellent. They came during a snow storm in January 2018 to replace the HVAC unit which was no longer working. It took them 3 hours to replace the entire thing. Our old unit stopped heating Carolina Air care was able to come for a service call within 2 hours. Based on the problem and the age of the old unit we decided to upgrade to a Lennox 15. I received quotes from six local companies for a new HVAC system when 15 year old Lennox unit was on it's last leg. Larkin and the Carolina Air team were very knowledgeable and professional, and they addressed all of my issues and concerns with the installation of a new system. After gets quotes from all of the other companies, I decided that Carolina Air's professional and price were my best choice; their systems were literally less than half the cost of other dealers.
