Nothing worse than discovering a leaking pipe in your basement. I called Armbrust Plumbing at 9am and they offered immediate service that day. Such a relief to know they would respond so quickly to our problem. Dave W. arrived and was kind, coureous and skilled. He was very professional and respectful of my home. Great service every time. We have used Armbrust Plumbing for 20+ years.
Adam C. has been to my home on numerous occasions and I have been pleased with his workmanship and communication. Very polite and respectful of my property. I request him for all my service calls.
My only complaint is that Armbrust Plumbing, not the technician, charges a flat rate fee for what they call 'truck and tool'. I personally feel this is an unnecessary charge for EACH visit. Rich came over and gave us an estimate. We scheduled an appointment with the office. Tom, the tech. called first thing in the morning to confirm starting time. Tom showed up ready to work and started right in. After 41/2 hours of steady work he sat down and explained exactly what he did and what parts he used. Jeff B arrived right on the time requested for service call on furnace. Inspected various components of furnace and made recommendations for replacement. Dave W of Armbrust Plumbing solved a problem that's plagued us for 10 Years! Doing a video inspection of our sewer line, he was able to rid the line of an object which was found jutting out between the junction of two sewer pipes...No more sudden back-ups! Overall excellent experience. Jeff arrived right at 8am as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided sound advice on alternatives for the repair. Furnace was fixed within an hour and a half which included tracking down a replacement part. Cost was at the low end of the range quoted -- no surprises. The service was fantastic and I felt very at ease discussing my budget and the options presented to me.
Every person I spoke with was courteous and patient even when I felt like I was asking "stupid" questions.

Adam C. has become my "go to" plumber. We recently had a pipe burst on the weekend due to an accidentally open window and freezing weather. Adam responded right away and make a quick fix, especially appreciated because it was a Sunday and at a higher rate. My prior experience with Adam was also excellent. He replaced our master bath shower and faucet fixtures. He had to go through a closet and be very careful with existing tile work. The installation was completed beautifully with no problems.
