Timely response to a frozen pipe problem. Without such timeliness, it could have been a major house repair problem. Adam asked the right questions to pinpoint the problem, then quickly fixed it. Patrick A. was super today. He came out in this super subzero weather -19 or something like this... did all the outside moving of vehicles so I did not have to get cold or have to let the cold air in through the front door. He quickly, without rushing, changed our water heater and did wonderful work, cheerfully! Thorough, professional, friendly all aptly describe this man. I felt confident that his work was a good as it gets. This was his second visit as we had an emergency need previously when he came to our aid and felt he was worthy of inviting back.

Tom H did an excellent job of taking care of us. We needed a toilet and kitchen sink fixed as well as the sump pump battery checked. He found pieces on the toilet that were badly corroded (thanks to well water) and replaced them as well to save us from future problems. He was very considerate and left every area cleaner than he found it. He also checked the battery on the sump pump and assured us it was very healthy and didn’t need to be replaced – saving us even more money. Tom H. 12/31/13 |

Armbrust Pluming has always been great here in my present home and when I lived in Addison. And Tom is the man I love to see come to my rescue. I never will forget the deep hole he dug by hand in cold damp weather as we searched for the source of water problems in my crawl space and the troubles I had with roots in my drain through my yard to the street. Both times Patrick A has worked at our home, my wife was impressed with professionalism and manner. Patrick changed an ejector pump switch and corrected an issue with a sump pump.
