The process to solve the leak in the shower in the MBR started with Patrick on Saturdsay who trouble shot the situation. Patrick ordered the required part that was delivered on Wednesday. Tom H. returned to install the pert and confirm that the leak was repaired. The transition from one technician to the other was smooth and the information was accurate. I just want to say that right from the start from the person I talked with to make our appointment, to the person I talked with to change the appointment, to the technician, Patrick A., who came at the specified time, were courteous, accommodating trying to facilitate our time problem. Patrick not only came at the time agreed upon, but knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the plumbling problem in an efficient, skillful and timely manner. As if that wasn't enough for a great experience, Patrick, being an outgoing guy was willing to take the time to talk sports with my husband before he left. All in all, I would say that Patrick A.exemplifies what Armbrust is -a courteous, willing to accommodate to your scheduling needs, professional, efficient, knew exactly what to do and to do it well, and very personable company. It's hard to say you love a plumbing job that involves breaking out your basement floor and rerouting your sewer. That said from the beginning Armbrust was very professional. Dave was not only very competent but also friendly. He completed our job in a timely manner, he always keep us informed of his schedule as well as taking time to answer all the questions we had. He was also very conscientious about controlling the dust and dirt as much as possible. I would certainly recommend Armbrust for anyone considering an overhead sewer or any other plumbing job ! On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rank Armbrust at an 11. My water heater went out around noon, I called Armbrust's offices on the recommendation of a trusted friend, and amazingly I talked with a person! They had a tech at my house within the hour. He quickly assessed the problem and determined I needed a new water heater...got it in less than one hour and installed it. Here it is about 3:30 and I'm all taken care of. I'm totally impressed with the accessibility, the service, the friendly technician, the great instructions, and even the cleanup. Had Adam C. and Jeff B. into our home to replace a primary and backup sump pump and install a new humidifier on our furnace. Both were very polite and extremely careful in our home. Dave B. removed and replaced the AC and furnace for my ninety year old mother. Mom felt disloyal to the contractor who had serviced her old unit for years because she chose Armbrust for this job. However, Dave was very professional, answered questions Mom had, and was very respectful of Mom and her property. Mom lives in a condo and the space Dave had to work in was very tight.
