Bruce has done work at my house before. For a recent appointment I had a list compiled of what I wanted done. He went over everything I was requesting and made suggestions as to what should be done first and that may take care of some of the other problems to keep costs down. I was satisfied with his work. What a great job! *********************** was dealing with a piece of pipe leaking in the wall of my furnace room that was probably original to the building of the house, ****. I thought Lou did an excellent job in explaining the issue, working to get it fixed quickly and also completed once the part came in. I was a bit disappointed that the part took almost a week and half to come in. Luckily Lou was able to keep the furnace running just long enough until he was able to come back. We had an unexpected sewage back up. Adam got to the house within 1.5 hours of us calling. He was professional, detailed and very pleasant to deal with. I felt that the issue was resolved completely. After you employee left, I noticed black marks were left on the beige carpet covering the stairs going to the basement. These marks came from the hand cart used to transport the new water heater to the basement and remove the old water heater. Not happy. 02/27/21 |

I had a complicated plumbing issue that was satisfactorily resolved. We had an obstruction in a vent pipe that contributed to toilet backups. The camera they have available to look for problems in pipes is unbeatable. The plumber, Adam, was professional and solved this plumbing issue that could have cost me substantially more money. We have had this problem for several years and decided a camera was necessary to help diagnose my issue. In short, if you a plumbing issue that frequently reoccurs, spend the money for a camera review. Not all plumbers have these cameras, as the tool is probably expensive, but well worth it.
