Dave had to wriggle through a window-well-size opening to install a new sump pit in our unfinished crawl space. He did the job efficiently and came in under budget. He took pictures so we could see the finished work, which looked fine. The sump pump is working better now. It was a messy job, but he never complained and was courteous at all times.
