Price for cleaning compared to other similar companies is somewhat high. I was charged $129 for cleaning, and I see other firms offering the same service for $89. However, I am very comfortable with Armbrust and that's how I justify paying more. Perhaps a discount could be given to a frequent customer would be nice. 11/05/13 |

Seems like $220 for 1 hour was a little high. No parts to replace. A simple drain of the bolier and re-fill. I was really hoping to pay between $80-$120. Otherwise, the actual service was great! 11/04/13 |

I put "courteous on the phone" but actually, this particular time, I walked into the office. I got the same service there I would have gotten on the phone, most likely, since it's the same contact person either way. If the repair Adam diagnosed and performed turns out to be all we needed, as he expects, (and as so far seems to be true) then hallelujah! I thought we were digging up the basement. I called Armbrust Plumbing, heating & air conditioning first thing this morning because our furnace was not functioning properly and was told that someone would call me around lunch time with a 2 hour window as to what time he would arrive at my home. I was at my job when Dave Borter called and said he could be at the house within a half hour, to my surprise he was there right on time. He was extremely knowledgable, courteous and figured out what the problem was ran back to the shop for the part and got back within a half hour. He was very efficient the furnace is running perfectly. I would highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Adam diagnosed the problem quickly and easily. He's confident and knows his stuff. He found and fixed the most obvious issue economically and quickly (obvious to him, not to us!). Sometimes, with plumbing, the hardest part of the problem is figuring out the cause of the problem. Fixing it is the easy part, comparably. It's too early to tell if what he found is the only issue--there may be a deeper (as in, under the concrete) problem too. But more than likely, what he found is exactly what was causing our soil stack to leak. Adam C. 10/25/13 |

One of our favorite technicians, Jeff Bizek, came to clean and check our furnace, We have had Armbrust several times before and were very satisfied with them, especially their technician, Jeff Bizek. He came on time and spent about 45 minutes working. Jeff has a very pleasant demeanor and explains everything he did. When you have questions, he is ready and quite able to answer all questions. The technician is what makes or breaks the company's reputation. The company is only as good as the technician. It is easy to see why Tom is a 30 year employee. He did a excellent job and found time to do another while working under the kitchen sink after the drain was opened. I would have him work at my house should the need arise.
