Solid Service...friendly people.
Jeff has been servicing our Furnace & A/C units for a number of years, he is always on time, friendly & professional. Occasionally he has energy saving recommendations, and he is very thorough. There is NEVER any sign that he was here...no mess.
Armbrust has installed a new furnace & A/C unit about three years ago and the process went very smooth, with many units to choose from. Their installers were neat & professional with no trash left behind. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them into the future. Jeff B. 12/10/13 |

Pat Armbrust did a fine job for us last week. The day before Thanksgiving we called and he came over that very day. We had no heat in the bedrooms and we had the whole family here for the holiday. Very good service.

Called Armbrust plumbing about a problem with our basement drainage and it being backed up. Armbrust plumbing said they d come between 12-2 the same day, Patrick showed up right around 12. Pat was very knowledgeable, found the problem and broke down the information I needed to know to sustain maintenance. Pat was thorough, curteous, and very personable. Dave B was great! He got our new furnace installed in less time than we thought it would take him. We really appreciate him "neating" up some of the shoddy duct connections left by the builder on the origial furnace. Our water heater quit working at 3am this morning - the day before Thanksgiving! After done some initial cleanup, I called Armbrust Plumbing at 7am to make an appointment. They asked helpful questions to get started on figuring out how to get it fixed. They then gave me a rough estimate of cost, and let me know more or less when I could expect someone the same day - so I wasn't worried that I would be stuck without hot water for the holidays!. Patrick called to confirm the time, address and what the problem was. He arrived soon after and he walked me through what he was going to do (it always helps to know what to expect). He then prepared the area and got to work. It was all done in just over an hour. He then walked me through all the things I needed to know and gave some helpful tips about general use. Patrick was super-helpful and a really nice guy. When he was done, he cleaned up the area (when he left it was as if he was never here - except now we had hot water again) and took care of billing. Nobody likes to get an unplanned bill like this, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was fast, clean and at a fair cost - I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Patrick for helping us get this unexpected problem fixed quickly so we can enjoy the holidays. This is my second time using Armbrust Plumbing and again the results were great. Of course I hope I don't have any more plumbing problems, but if I do, I am glad to know a reliable, reasonable plumbing company like Armbrust. Patrick A. 11/27/13 |
