Tom Heyman is not only extremely knowledgeable and diligent, he s really friendly too! He quickly diagnosed both our problems and managed to fix them both, which included one bold procedure which required rodding with a larger-than-normal diameter rod. He pushed through the obstacle and saved us a ton of worry and additional expense. We are now dyed-in-the-wool Armbrust Plumbing fans and will use them for all our considerable plumbing needs. We have a 90-year-old house and it takes real expertise to keep the plumbing working properly!

We had Armbrust inspect a property in Wheaton prior to making a purchase. They sent Tom H. Tom performed a thorough inspection of the plumping and made several recommendations regarding repairs. Upon closing on the home, we had Tom back out to complete several of the items that he recommended having performed. Tom is a pro. He was spot on in regard to his evaluation and he his repairs fixed all of our issues. The best part about working with Tom is that you simply can trust his opinion. It is completely obvious that he knows what he is talking about. However, he does not speak to you like you're an idiot. Tom answered all of my questions, explained the plumbing in my older home, recommended fixes, and solved our issues. That was what I was looking for. Tom also was on-time to our appointment, and worked hard and fast. He did not waste time. I am completely satisfied with the work he performed and will hire him again if and when the need arises. After three estimates I chose Armbrust Plumbing to do our overhead sewers. The whole transaction was very professional. Dave Weirich and the crew completed the whole plumbing job is two days. The work is superlative, and the guys were wonderful. After the inspector approved the job, Dave came that very afternoon and did the cement work. We ve used Armbrust for the 15 years we ve lived in our 100 year old house (the former owners used them too) and have taken on some major projects as well as the routine visits. They have been outstanding, honest, trustworthy every time. Adam has been involved in nearly all those projects including a recent issue with our kitchen sink. It is invaluable to have an ongoing relationship with the same technician who knows our house s history. Once again, he quickly figured out the issue and talked me through options. He was sensitive to the need to get things resolved quickly and completely (and affordably) so we could get back to a functioning kitchen. When I had follow-up questions, he was quick to respond and address them thoroughly. I highly recommend Adam, and all the Armbrust team. They are local and work hard to keep the community s respect through consistent, professional work. We also use them for heating & AC. Jeff Bizek came out for my fall furnace check. He could not have been more professional and polite. He was on time and answered all my questions. He told me about the condition of my furnace and what he was doing to insure maximum efficiency. He was an excellent ambassador for Armbrust. Just had Patrick unclog a toilet. Last month he installed a new water heater, kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. I've had Patrick in my home several times for plumbing work. He is polite, professional and fast. I always feel like the charges are appropriate and the work is done right the first time. He is knowledgable and suggests proactive alternatives to costly repairs. He's been right on the money every time. Compared to my experience with other plumbers his service is top notch. I recommended him to a friend and she was extremely happy with his work as well. If you want the job done right the first time, professional and courteous service Patrick is your plumber! Just had a battery back up installed on my Sump Pump--as ALWAYS--Armbrust was prompt, courteous, true to the estimate. Adam did a terrific job at our home. We had a hot water heater that needed to be moved and repiped. Adam was here on time, worked non-stop for over four hours, and even removed an unrelated, obnoxious drain pipe from the middle of the furnace room. We have used Armbrust Plumbing for several projects in our home: new furnace, air conditioning system, water heater, yearly checks on our furnace and now we just used them for an installation of a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Adam, the plumber called our home at exactly 7:00 a.m. this morning to verify the job he was scheduled to do and said that he would arrive shortly. He introduced himself, was very professional and polite. He immediately assessed the job, explained to me what he would be doing, gave an estimate of how long the job would take and then got on it. I felt so comfortable with Adam working on my project in my home. He did a fantastic job. He is a true professional and I will be sure to ask for Adam again for any plumbing projects that I have. We have dealt with Armbrust Plumbing for the past 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the services provided. During those years, Adam C. has generally been the plumbing technician that has responded to our service calls. Adam has always provided excellent & professional service no matter whether it has been a ``minor repair or a major plumbing renovation. In addition, in situations involving major work, Adam has always taken the time to alert us to available options and the pros and cons to each option. My wife and I appreciate Adam s communication skills and the fact that he makes us part of the process. He always makes sure that all our questions are answered before he leaves after completing the work.

Armbrust plumber Adam came this morning to unclog a stopped up drain in our main floor bathtub. He arrived earlier than I expected, was very efficient in how he dealt with the problem and very neat which was important given that the only access to free up the pipe was in a finished bedroom that is in the basement.
