And these are related simply to the age of our home. Adam is always prompt and ready to help. He systemically trouble shoots the problem and has an immediate solution. His work area is always contained and by the time he is done, you would never know that he was there. Except that the problem that you had called him in for, is now fixed and running smoothly. Dave did a great job analyzing our problem and installing our new furnace. He answered all our questions and provided us with the information we needed to make an informed decision. When the installation was complete Dave explained all the components of the furnace and how they operate. The Armbrust team responded quickly to our needs, sending Dave out to diagnose the problem, and John to help us with selecting and ordering a new furnace. They went through great effort to find us the furnace we wanted and installed it the next day, a Saturday, with no extra charge. We appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. On a Sunday morning 2 weeks ago, I had my sewer back-up in my basement. I called Armbrust Plumbing and got a quick response and Tom Heyman was my hero for quickly fixing my problem. He even gave me a card of a company to call for cleaning and sanitizing my basement.
