I was very pleased with the service and respect I received from Armbrust Plumbing. I needed immediate help and they were great in scheduling my appointment right away. Patrick A. did a super job diagnosing the problem with my sump pump. He explained the various options and pricing. Patrick A. then fixed the sump pump with care and expertise. In the evening, we suddenly had water gurgling up out of our toilet and running onto the floor. We called Armbrust and left a message. They called back within a few minutes and Alan C arrived quickly. He rodded out the sewer line and solved the immediate problem. He used a sewer camera, showed us the problem in the pipes and clearly explained the situation. He explained what can be done for a longer-term solution. Armbrust sent Tom to check our drain lines and we couldn't have gotten better service! Our home , built in 1953, is slab on grade construction and we wanted to make sure everything was in good shape under the slab before making any improvements to the floors.
He explained every detail as the camera was sent through the pipes and luckily, everything looked great. Now, we have peace of mind to move forward with hardwood floors and tile without the fear of leaking or broken pipes under our slab.
He also charged us a very fair price and offered future help over the phone if we should have any more plumbing questions.

I thought I had a broken garbage disposal but it was actually the switch. Adam C exchanged the switch and the problem was solved. I used Armbrust Plumbing for a clogged sink. I was very happy with the whole process from beginning to end. I called Armbrust just yesterday and they were able to schedule their service pro, Adam C. He arrived on time, even early, was very professional and thorough. The sink was unclogged in less then 30 minutes and I was even able to use a coupon I'd gotten off the net towards the service cost. I had a busted outdoor water spigot from the winter. I called Armbrust on a Thursday and they were able to come fix the spigot the next day. Our technician, Dave W., called at about 8:00am Friday to know if we were home and available to have the repair competed. He arrived 20 minutes later and was very courteous. I showed him where to access the spigot piping from the basement and he began to work on it immediately. He worked on the repair for about 45 minutes and left everything as clean as he found it.

Tom came to fix a leak in the wall of my condo. He was professional and through. He replace a broken pipe that had been leaking for possibly years. I am please with his assessment of the job and getting it done in timely manner. Tom also cleaned up the mess related to the job before leaving.
