On Sunday April 10th the handle in our shower broke and with only 1 bathroom in our house that is a problem. I tried to fix it but needless to say that didn't work out too well. Patrick showed up the next morning at 7 and fixed the problem in no time. Not only did he do an excellent job there was no cleanup to do after he was finished. He was very professional and courteous. Adam does excellent work! He always gives me different options, recommendations, and tries to save me money. I always request him. Today he removed an old one-piece toilet and installed a new Kohler one-piece toilet by himself, a difficult job because they are so heavy. He always protects the area he is working in and cleans up when finished. He gave us great advice when we remodeled three of our bathrooms even though the contractor did that plumbing work. Very professional, polite service from my phone call to inquire and schedule to the next day when service was performed. Technician called when I was told he would, arrived when he said he would, answered all my questions and pet my dog. Very pleased with my service from Tom H and Armbrust Plumbing.
Service was scheduled quickly, and Tom seemed to appreciate that his time was my money: he worked quickly and efficiently, fixing what needed to be done, and only what was needed. Water spot on first floor ceiling was remedied with a new toilet seal, and in another bathroom, tightening up the connections on the tank was all that was needed rather than any part replacements. Answered all my questions and gave very helpful advice.

I recently had a water problem with a pin hole sized leak in the copper pipe in the wall behind the kitchen sink. The water was running down the support joists and into the finished room in the basement. I immediately called Armbrust Plumbing and Rhonda was able to dispatch a service technician to me immediately. Dave Weirich, the plumber showed up and within 90 minutes my problem was resolved, Dave was very knowledgeable, compitent and professional. I would highly recommend Armbrust Plumbing for any of your household plumbing needs.

We had an emergency situation with a flooded basement (2 new sump pumps did not work properly; weights were hung up), with a furnace & water heater that were affected. Thanks to Tom Heyman, who arrived within 30 minutes of my call, the pumps were corrected, took the water out of the basement, and Tom found that the furnace and water heater were not seriously affected. (Only had 2 inches of water that did not reach crucial parts of both appliances.) Adam C ... was prompt ... (same day service) ... notified me when on his way ... efficient and courteous!
I had a garbage disposal that was leaking due to a worn gasket/ring. While there is a chance a new gasket would have solved the leak ... it would not have been cost effective trying to remove the old unit ... do the repair and then reattach the old unit and take the chance of possibly not resolving the problem.
I am not a push over ... and I was not pressured into replacing my garbage disposal ... but it was in fact the most cost effective way of resolving the leak as a sure thing. Adam had a couple disposals on his truck for me to choose from. He worked at ... lightening speed ... and was able to get the entire job done at the minimum price quoted. He was tidy while doing the work and I was very appreciative.
Rhonda answered the phone to set up the appointment just a few hours earlier and was straight forward with pricing and helping me to understand what to expect. There were no surprises and I really appreciate that.
I had used Armbrust Plumbing in the past for a major job related to an underground hook up outside which involved digging up my front yard from the front of my home to the street. They did a great job at that time and gained my trust.
It is no wonder they have such great ratings. They truly do live up to their ratings.

We called Armbrust back in December to quote us a job. In March we finally decided to bite the bullet and proceed with the work. Everyone I dealt with from the proposal to the finished work was wonderful. They answered all my questions and took every one seriously. They scheduled promptly.
