Tom H. from Armbrust Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning came to our house the other day to fix a bad valve, install a new faucet and also, a new dishwasher. His work is great! Adam did a terrific job getting my leaky back flow device service, repaired and certified all before the start of business. said he was going to be there at 6:00 am and was there several minutes before! Louis (Lou) came out today to figure out why our a/c unit wasn't working. Within just minutes, he figured out the issue, replaced the part and had the unit up and running! We were pretty sure we'd end up needing a new unit, but now will get an estimate from Armbrust for a new a/c and furnace unit and have a little more time to make our decision. Initially, Louis came out on a service call because the air conditioner had stopped cooling. He determined that because of the age of the unit it would not be cost-effective to try and repair it.
Yesterday Louis P installed a new AC condenser at my son's home. I was very impressed with his knowledge, skill, neatness and friendliness.

Dave is a true professional. He met me at the property on time. Described exactly what he was going to do. He protected our floors by laying down tarps.
He remove the old furnace piece by piece then install a new energy efficient model. When the job was complete a virtually went over every aspect of the new furnace explaining in detail the things we needed to know.

Adam was extremely knowledgable and thoroughly explained what was needed to correct the problem. Our ejector pit was near overflow as the ejector pump stopped working.
