I had an emergency going into Memorial weekend. I was shocked when I called and they were able to send someone out within a few hours. The gentleman who came out was Alan. Alan fixed the problem within an hour and we were good to go. He was extremely courteous and Armbrust's fee was very reasonable...especially since they came out immediately. Moving to a house can be stressful and we called on Armbrust Plumbing twice in the past two months to save us. We first called when our kitchen sink backed up and water started raining down to the basement floor and next when the bathroom started leaking. Pat was over to clear the drain line and repair the plumbing in less than 24 hours. Tom H came out from Armbrust to install a kitchen sink. The plumber we usually used had cracked our granite trying to get the old sink out, and the process of trying to resolve that issue left us looking for a new plumber. He was able to come the day after we called and had the new sink installed within a couple hours. It looks awesome. He was really nice and friendly and made sure to explain why he was doing what he was doing. It was also cheaper than the quote from our previous plumber. Did come to review installation from February that we are now having issues with. Told over the phone I would receive call to discuss with plumber, did not receive call. Was told I would need to pay for service appointment to just assess the problem not fix it - that would be more. I've already paid over $200 to install an existing toilet on a floor that was simply refinished that we did not have any issues with prior to the reinstallation.
