We have used Armbrust Plumbing for 25+ years and have never had a less than perfect experience with all of the employees.

I'm a Glen Ellyn resident who's Furnace went out on 12/30/15 just before the holiday. I called Armbrust as I usually do for all our household problems, not expecting they would be able to come on such short notice. Jeff B. arrived within two hours and got us up and running even after discovering some serious problems that could have left my wife and I dead in our sleep possibly! yes, we will need a new furnace after 18 years, but we are ever so grateful for his extra effort that found a potentially serious condition. We had Armbrust Plumbing and Alan C install a new water heater, garbage disposal, and faucet in our new (old) house. This was a challenging job because the house is quite old and the spaces are tight. Alan did a terrific job! He was extremely capable and knowledgeable, found good ways to make our new systems work well, and was very professional in every aspect of his work. I like to understand how my house systems work and Alan explained everything as he worked. He made sure we understood our options and completed the job on time and for the expected price. Dave W. did an unbelievable job! I had a very complicated water issue in my 58 year old home and Dave diligently worked through the problem that took more than 1 visit. Other plumbers have thrown up their hands and said they couldn't fix it but Dave stuck with it and made us feel confident that the problem could be solved and it was! Dave W. was knowledgable, professional and highly respectful of my home. Patrick has been to our home twice in the last ten days. He has been extraordinary in solving some specific plumbing issues, but moreover in helping solve other water issues in our basement. I cannot say enough about Patrick's willingness to help and knowledge. He spends the time necessary to explain what he is doing, suggestions for improvements and how everything works. He was right on time and worked through the issues quickly. He went up and beyond what we had hired him for and was very helpful. Service was excellent. Patrick ******** was the plumber who made the call. He was punctual and very professional. He was able to open up the drain pipes, route the pipes, and clear a clog 18 feet away from our kitchen drain in about 20 minutes. He did a good job explaining what he was doing, what he found, and ways we could prevent these types of clogs in the future. We were very pleased with the service of the office and the plumber Alan C. We were expecting a house full of guests for Christmas Eve and the basement had a plumbing problem with backed up water from the basement drain. Alan fixed the problem in no time and gave us some good tips. We also had him install a special pipe opening for future problems to make it easier to unblock the basement drain. Alan C. was our service provider today, on December 23 rd. He was a lifesaver with a houseful of overnight guests expected in a few hours. We had flooding in the basement. He located the problem and was in and out in no time. He gave us some great ideas also. We also were charged fairly. He was a very pleasant person. Will use him and his company again.

Tom H. did a fantastic job taking care of a leak under my kitchen sink. Previously a contractor and two plumbers had worked on it, yet it continued to leak.
Tom analyzed all of connections and tubing, quickly identified the problem, and resolved it.
