Our sump pit "heaved" and our unfinished crawlspace flooded with a foot of water as a result of a leak in the water line coming in from the well pump. We had to shut off the well for the problem to be fixed, but first we needed the crawlspace cleared out. Adam C came out at the end of the workday (a difference of only $70 in cost) and stayed 3 hours to pump out all the water, redig the pit, and secure the sump pump--never complaining about how messy the job was or how late it made him for his dinner and evening.
