Armbrust came to our home even though it was just outside their usual service area within less than 24 hours of my call for help. They called ahead, arrived at the time they had committed to, and assessed the situation quickly. Our faucet was repaired with one that was on their truck, everything that had been leaking was checked to be sure it was resolved. Technician was neat, professional and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about Patrick. Both he and his work were terrific in every way. This was my first experience with Armbrust, and I can guarantee that I will come back again and again, not only for heating, but in the near future for plumbing as well. My furnace went on the fritz during a vulnerable time when my husband is in the hospital recovering from a stroke. I could not have hoped for a better heating tech than Patrick. We had Armbrust Heating over for the first time to do a fall check on our furnace. Lou P. phoned before he came and did a great job in explaining all that he would be checking, replacing the large filter and then telling me all of the things he checked and that the furnace was in great shape.

Once again...Tom Heyman to the rescue with clogged pipes in 2 different condo units. Tommy is relentless in proving why he has become the ultimate model in his trade. From his extensive knowledge, to his experience to how he goes above and beyond in placing the customer at a higher lever than the work that he preforms with tremedous pride and that is saying a lot. I would nominate him for a Nobel Prize if it were possible.

We enrolled into their annual heater/ac program, just had them install a new hot water heater, and now an air modification system that will limit germs and dust. Hot Water Heater went out, leaking everywhere. Called numerous local plumbing businesses. From the start Armbrust was the most polite, talked to me like they actually cared, didn't give me a 3 day lead time, didn't try to sell me on coming out first to inspect, didn't try upselling me, was very responsive (located a new unit and had tech to my house within 5 hours to start) and was very reasonable on price. I also had Patrick come out. This guy was efficient and still answered my 50 questions while he was doing his work and educated me on some other plumbing observations. Having read Jeff's outstanding reviews and writing a few of them over several years, I decided to say something different. How is Jeff B. better than Santa Claus? Santa comes only once a year.
