Lou was a very professional, fun down to earth young man. My furnace looks and works fabulous. My UV light, humidifier and 4 inch filter makes a big difference. I have to do a shout out to Jeff and John. They were professional, down to earth men also. I never once felt pressured into buying something I could not afford. I had an ejector pump emergency and my entire finished basement flooded. From the time I called Armbrust and spoke with a very nice and helpful woman who assured me she would get someone to my house within a matter of an hour or so, to when Alan C. showed up...Armbrust Plumbing delivered! He replaced my ejector pump, restarted the pilot light in my water heater and provided me with some recommendations on water damage and carpet cleaning services I could consider. Armbrust customer service set my mind at ease and Alan was professional, efficient and timely. He took the worry out of what was going on under the house and took time to explain the work he needed to perform. I will definitely contact Armbrust for any future plumbing needs. Tom Heyman (if you stop to think about it, that's an awesome last name!) arrived early, worked efficiently, kept his work areas clean and my area protected, was very clear with me what problems were found, what needed to be done, and explaining the finished work. Also, I had 4 dogs running around like maniacs and he was great with all of them, even making sure he closed doors behind him (our job required him to go in and out of the house 100 times) to make sure they did not escape. Very friendly, quick, and informative service! We had a gas leak late in the evening and Nicor shut off and locked our gas. I called Armbrust first thing in the morning. They had a technician out within 2 hours to address and fix the issue. They even dealt with calling Nicor to request return service to turn the gas back on. Tom H was kind, professional, and explained everything very well. My invoice was detailed and itemized.
