So pleased that Patrick came and helped me with my Sub Pump today-- he throughly explained all that needed to be done and why and gave me a couple options. I needed to have a Hot Water Tank replaced and as usual Armbrust did a very good job. The technician, Alan Carlson called to tell me when he would arrive. He installed the new tank and was gone in less than one hour. This company is great to work with. I would recommend them very highly. Another great experience with Armbrust. I was just about to call them about a clogged drain, but saw their truck at my next door neighbors house. Called Armbrust at 830 about a leak. They had someone out to my house by 10is and the work was completed in nearly an hour. Alan was the service person who came out. Had a bit of a freakout moment when water started rushing up through the toilet last night. Thankfully, Alan was available to help me out in my moment of need. He was able to talk me through what had happened, and get our sewer line rodded out. And he helped me understand what was going on with the pipes and (thankfully!) that I didn't need to have my pipes dug up and replaced.
