Tom H. tried solving the outdoor dripping faucet first with a washer - which would have saved me money. But my 39 year old faucet wouldn't stop dripping. It definitely needed to be replaced. Tom called when they said he would, stated that he would be right here, 7:00 AM, looked at the problem, stated what it would take to solve the problem, solved the problem and was gone in 30 minutes, problem solved. I had an issue with a sewer blockage for a very high use set of restrooms. Armbrust was very quick to respond and sent Tom out to do the rodding. Tom was extremely helpful and was able to locate and clear the blockage even when there were some challenges present with the pipe routing underground. Tom got things flowing again to say the least and spent extra time cleaning up and wiping down the areas he was working in, and it looked better than it was before he started. Pat repaired our sump pump connection to the outside drain. In doing so he had to remove courtyard pavers and dig down into gravel and dirt, involving a lot of effort. I selected Armbrust Plumbing for my water heater replacement because they are local company and been in business for nearly 100yrs. Alan C. did an amazing job with installation. He removed two 40 gallon water heater and installed one 50 gallon heater. His work was clean and professional. I can tell he is knowledgeable in his profession. Armbrust is the complete package and an exemplary company for service standards. All personnel I've dealt with were respectful and helpful. My AC was installed by Lou P and he is an expert. Just came in, made sure floors were covered, totally concentrated on his work/the job (had to design sheet metal and go to the shop to make it. Great stuff), answered questions for me, cleaned up. Our sump pump went out last week during all that rain here in Wheaton. We called Armbrust Plumbing and they were out that day with a replacement pump and ordered also for us a new back up pump, which was installed on Saturday. Thank you for the excellent service.
