How does one say "Thank You" to such a great group of people. Never, never have I had such a fantastic gift, "a new furnace"! Something so vital and comforting. Recently bought a house with an oil boiler, so we signed up for fuel service and scheduled an appointment with Woolley for a tune-up. Highly recommend this company for service, reliability, helpfulness and pricing. New to an oil/steam heating system in my new very old home, Frank E. the Sales manager came out first to give me an overview. He was prompt, friendly, informative and got right back to me with a few follow up items. Just as prompt and equally as professional and helpful was CRAIG M., the Service Specialist. He came to upgrade and service the unit. He gave me some helpful tips outlined and re-emphasized what was imperative for me to know and literally walked me through every step of the system process. Joe F called and stated at what time he would arrive and was here at that time. He said how long it would take to service my furnace and finished a few minuted before. He cleaned up after servicing it and mad certain everything was working properly. He gave me my receipt and left. Joe was very cordial and polite when talking to me. Have used Woolley for 18 years and am very satisfied. Today was no exception. Ed and his partner Criss, came out for the annual check-up. Ed is an expert. He is knowledgeable, friendly and on the few occasions that our boiler has needed a repair, he gets the job done and doesn't leave until it's complete. Joe F. was ahead of time for our scheduled yearly furnace maintenance. He went over everything he did with me prior to his departure. He also made note of the small water leak on the boiler plate just is case it becomes an issue later on. He left the work area spotless as well. Joe is an asset to Woolley Fuel and is typical of their service staff.

Eddy P was an incredible help. Our boiler was not, the temp was dropping into the 50s and I have a 6 week old. He called on a Sunday at sat on the phone with me for 45 minutes trying to trouble shoot the problem. He even hopped on FaceTime to virtually inspect the machine. Again it was a Sunday. He showed up on time the next day on time (early actually), fixed the problem and have us a very fair rate.
