Craig was amazing. First he asked where the ketchup is for his fries. By the amazing part is he shared his fries with me. Then we talked about old times and the history of Woolley. I had no idea the company started out as a river dance ensemble dance company. Truly interesting. Seriously, Craig rocks. He's courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Switched to Woolley Fuel last fall and have been very happy with fuel delivery. Just had the service my A/C and was equally pleased. Serviceman arrived as scheduled and was helpful and informative. My heating system failed and I called Woolley at 8:00 am and by 9:00 they were at my house with an emergency fuel tank and "Smiling Ed" spent the day installing it and by 2:30 --I was warm again! Chuck helped us deal with a leaking radiator. He was friendly and professional. When the first valve didn't do the trick, he came back to install a different type of valve which he did not charge us for. He got us signed onto the maintenance agreement which will be a savings. Chuck W from Woolley is amazing! He's the hero of our family right now. He cd and fixed out boiler after two days without heat.
A technician from PSG&E had misdiagnosed the problem as a cracked boiler; but Chuck did a very diligent process of elimination to identify the true root cause (a broken sensor and damper). He solved the problem at a fraction of the cost of a new boiler.
Chuck was helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and Woolley for hearing repairs.
