I don't think anyone ever did that for us. He explained our humidity dial and where it should be during the summer and during the winter. I became a customer of Woolley Fuel because shortly after I moved into my house, they made an in-person introduction. It impressed me so much compared to a random flyer in the mail that I signed up. What I really like is that this is a local neighborhood business, so it feels very personal. For example, when I call them, they actually know who I am and what exact house I reside in. The other option is a huge corporate operation where you are just an account number. The service guys are fantastic -- they know their stuff, and they don't try and rip you off with unnecessary maintenance. With both my heating and cooling systems, I have been thoroughly satisfied with Woolley Fuel, and would recommend them to anyone! 07/06/13 |

Ed the serviceman from Wooley's serviced one furnace and two AC's for me. All the units were working fine but we bought the house 18 months ago and we thought it wise to have a pro service them. Ed was prompt and friendly. The furnace had a clogged drainage pipe and the AC's needed fre-on and a good cleaning - they were filled with leaves and dirt. He was there about three or four hours. I passed on the service plan because the units are newer but if I were in my old house with its big 10-year old boiler for radiators, I would have gone for it. Ed P. 06/24/13 |
