Joe F is awesome: respectfully on time, efficient, played soft Christmas music and did a fine job. He also gave me a good workout going upstairs a few times to readjust the thermostat. Joe earns extra points as a personal trainer. He's welcome anytime.

Our annual service was completed today. Woolley's technician gave me a heads up phone call before arriving on time. Service was completed and the technician was able to leave and return to make an additional repair that was needed on the same day. He was courteous and all work was completed to our satisfaction. The guys did a terrific job and it looks beautiful! They explained as they went along and answered all my questions. They even found some plumbing repairs that I need to have addressed , something that I would not have know to do if they didn't point it out to me. (saving me from a potential plumbing mess!) Ed arrived early and went right to work on our oil-fired boiler, which had stopped working sometime during the night. Apparently, the fuel line that feeds the oil into the combustion chamber had clogged. Ed was thorough, checking that each part of the boiler was working before putting everything back together and even vacuuming the bit of dust and rust that came off our crusty boiler. Best of all, it was included in our Gold Plan, as part of the annual boiler maintenance we had done. Thanks! Ed P. 12/03/15 |

Just want to say how wonderful Sheri has been to me since my husband passed away in June. She has taken the time to explain what i need to do to make sure i have all the coverage for my furnace. Ed was at my house this morning to correct a heating problem I had. He was on time for the appointment. He efficiently replaced the needed part. I am a long time Maplewood NJ resident. We have used Woolley Fuel for 20 years. Ed has been our service specialist for most of those years. He has installed new thermostats, been the trouble shooter for problems, attended to winter emergencies and serviced our equipment yearly. I have been using Woolley Fuel for years, and my parents did before that. Great customer service. They are always there when you need them. Ed P is very helpful and informative. Technician arrived when I was told he would, in fact within 5 minutes of the appointed time. Answered a question I had about a minor alteration to my oil fill pipe. Although he did not have the parts needed to do the change he said he would list the parts needed for the alteration on my statement for follow up by the office to make the change. The service to the furnace was efficient and clean. There was no clean up required on my part after he left. I didn't even have to clean the sink where he dumped the water he had to drain. Very pleased with the service which was no surprise since I have been with Woolley for years and their service, rather scheduled or emergency in nature, has always been outstanding. Joe F. 11/16/15 |

We came home and heard our oil burner misfiring and making booming noises. Craig M. came and within 15 minutes diagnosed the problem as no oil in the oil tank. Craig was very professional and efficient in handling our problem. He had 10 gallons on his truck to get us through the night. He also arranged for our oil to be delivered the next morning.
